Over recent years, the IRF has conducted a series of selection and propagation activities regarding Mediterranean climate adapted arboreal peony varieties for the cut flower market. This has lead the IRF to being able to offer micro-propagated Albenga pink flower cultivar plants to interested companies, while work continues to develop the propagation protocol for several selected coloured flower cultivars.
