The section studies of the diseases of ornamental and horticultural plants and the development and application of defence strategies with low environmental impact.
It hosts the Regional Phytopathological Analysis Laboratory (“La.R.A.F.”) and curates the “Cultivation and Phytosanitary Warnings” section of the “Flornews” information bulletin.
